The climate is of the Mediterranean Sea - style that features hot and long summers and mild and short winters. Greenery and beautiful parks surround the outskirts. At the center of the city, both modern buildings and old buildings suggesting 19th century vestige are beautifully harmonized which makes Adelaide a town of old and new. The town development reflects the temperament of the people in Adelaide that cherish the old but accept and embrace the new. As for the industrial structure of Adelaide, once the manufacturing industries and agriculture were emphasized.
